Our pre-order model is built on intention—not urgency. Each pre-order item only goes into production once we reach a minimum of 20 units (across all sizes). This allows us to test demand, reduce waste, and avoid overproduction. Once the threshold is met, production takes around 4 weeks, and shipping within Europe usually takes about 1 week.
Customers pay a 40% deposit up front to confirm their order. The remaining balance is charged once production is complete. You'll receive updates via email at every stage—when production starts, when your item is packed, and when it ships.
If we don't reach the minimum within 6–8 weeks, we'll notify all customers and issue full refunds immediately. Pre-orders are a way to support slow fashion, reduce waste, and get exclusive access to limited pieces—we believe they're worth the wait.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item doesn’t fit or you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, provided it's unworn, in original condition, with tags.
